Who is this for?
Children between the ages of 5 to 10 years old, and teens from 11 to 16.
What will your child learn?
Through goal-oriented and challenging exercises, your child will be introduced to the fundamentals to Taekwondo in:
- Taegeuk (Modern) Forms
- Kicks, punches, strikes and sweeps
- Take-down skills
- Ho Shin Sool (self-defence techniques)
- Competition (Olympic style) sparring
